We have listed all accidents and errors recorded. No notable damage or injury resulted. Its important for us and other Electricians to record 'events'.
Electric shock, fall from height and asbestos/noxious substance exposure main risks. Asbestos events not listed as not verified through laboratory testing.
Over 20,000 hours of work, means recorded error rate is way below 0.0005% ,[ie less then 10 hours of error in 20,000 hours of work] but zero is the target and essential.
